BoKáro Boutique Accommodation in Prieska is the result of two friends who had a vision and a dream of having a charming boutique-style guesthouse in the most central part of Prieska. Sonja and Liana became business partners when they purchased two railway houses in 2013. The restoration process started in March 2014 and phase 1 is completed and ready for business. However, the process will still be going on for a long period as the second house still needs to be renovated. Our goal is to have the whole process completed by the end of 2015. Prieska, a dynamic and growing town on the banks of the Orange River, is the ideal overnight stop for travelers in the Northern Cape. It is on route to Namibia, as well as the Kgalagadi and Augrabies National Parks. Located halfway between Kimberley and Upington, the town itself has much to offer such as the reknown landmark in the Orange River, Wonderdraai. What we offer : BoKáro Boutique Accommodation in Prieska currently offers six luxurious, stylish en-suite rooms, each individually furnished and decorated but with the same ongoing sense of style and luxury. Each suite has its own private entrance and veranda and private secure parking behind a security gate is available for each guest. Three rooms are each equipped with a double bed with good quality mattresses, fluffy duckdown duvets and luxury percale linen. The fourth room has two single beds which can be converted to king size on request. Our fifth room has a lovely queen bed and the sixth room offers a king bed. All rooms have flatscreen televisions with DSTV, hairdryers, deskspace and a coffee station with a kettle, plunger, coffee, tea, milk, biscuits and a mini bar fridge with free water and fruit juice. The en-suite bathrooms each has spacious showers, cozy towels and luxurious Charlotte Rhys amenities to be enjoyed by guests during their stay at BoKáro. A full English breakfast is included in the rate, lunchpacks and dinner are served on request. Card facilities are available on site and guests are welcome to make use of the free wifi during their stay. |
